Balcón de Aitana is a rural house in Alcoleja, in the heart of the Sierra de Aitana (Alicante), designed for relaxation and enjoyment in a mountain setting. It combines the charm of a traditional house with all modern comforts, making it ideal for families and groups seeking nature, tranquility, and a terrace with a private hot tub.
Main Living Room Upon entering, you will find a spacious living room—the heart of the home—featuring exposed stone walls and a warm, rustic atmosphere. It offers comfortable sofas and armchairs, a wood-burning stove, Smart TV, and a curated decor that blends traditional elements with exotic touches, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Sierra de Aitana.
Kitchen and Dining Room The practical and functional kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner stove, American-style fridge, dishwasher, and complete cookware, ideal for long rural stays. Next to it is a spacious dining room with stone walls, wooden beams, and a large table, all framed by a large window with panoramic mountain views that invites group meals.
The house features a game room with a billiards table and an electronic dartboard, designed for group fun without leaving the property. Beside it, a cozy lounge area with access to the terrace offers armchairs, a bookshelf, and a sound system—a quiet corner for reading or disconnecting.
Next to the reading area is the "Arch Lounge," a unique space featuring a stone masonry arch, vaulted ceiling, and a central wood-burning stove. It is an intimate setting, perfect for conversation or enjoying the board games available at the house.
The true highlight of Balcón de Aitana is its outdoor terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and the rural landscape of Alcoleja. Equipped with outdoor furniture, a bioclimatic pergola, and a BBQ, it is the ideal spot for breakfast in the fresh air, watching the sunset, or enjoying barbecue nights.
The "star" feature is the 4-person spa/hot tub, where you can relax with a hydromassage while overlooking the Sierra de Aitana—a rural house experience with a private hot tub that is truly hard to find in the area.
